Big Updates for 2025.
The Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory has been overhaled for 2025. Improvements start with the tweaked 270-degree parallel twin engine; now running larger 52mm throttle bodies and producing 105bhp although the bike will be available in a restricted 48Hp version for A2 license holders.
To control the power, out are the old KYB and Showa units and in are lovely shiny Ohlins NIX 30 forks up front and an Ohlins STX 46 monoshock at the rear. Both fully adjustable for rebound and compression.
The class leading electronics package if further enhanced with the addition of Launch control which completes the full electronic suite that includes Wheelie control, Cruise Control, Up-and-down quick shifter, cornering ABS engine braking control, lean sensitive ABS and traction control.
To assist with all year riding the switch gears have convenient back lighting and a new, larger 5″ coolour TFT screen boasts optical bonding technology to improve brightness and reduce reflections.
Bodywork has been tweaked with the addition of a slightly larger front spoiler, a sporty black frame and swingarm and changes to the underbelly fairing not to mention the striking new two-tone seat and Dark Banshee livery.
